Standard processing time: 7–10 business days.
A priority service (3 business days) is available upon request with an additional fee.

Orders marked as gifts will be presented in our signature packaging.
We offer shipping across the UAE and internationally.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Kindly ensure all measurements are accurate, as each piece is tailored based on the selected size.

Returns & Exchanges

As each abaya is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, the item will be repaired or replaced accordingly.

Perfume items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

All prices are listed in AED, with approximate conversions available in USD and GCC currencies (SAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, QAR) for reference.
